近年来房屋价格高涨，很多普通民众纷纷高喊负担不起购买房屋的费用。为了减轻人民对于购买房屋的负担和压力，政府推出了多项的房屋计划如“一马房屋计划”，“可负担房屋计划”和“青年房屋计划”等等。
为此雪兰莪州政府也宣布推出“我的雪兰莪房屋计划”（Rumah
Selangorku）援助雪州低收入人民购屋，每间房屋单位价格不到20万令吉！
为援助雪兰莪州低收入人民能够拥有自己的房屋，雪州政府日前与新协力发展商（SHL
Development）合作，推出“我的雪兰莪房屋”（Rumah
Selangorku），在莎阿南的阿南布迪曼（Alam
Budiman）推出536栋含3房、2沐浴室、1客厅及1厨房的可负担房屋，每个单位价格仅16万8000令吉至17万8000令吉。
